Tasting Logic

Moving away from Marlborough for a change but the wine shows very similar characters - dry, acidic and aromatic. It is the sort of wine that sits in your memory quite easily and will often be used in wine flights as a 'banker', a wine so representative of its type that it will help you identify the other wines in the linked flight e.g. 3 Sauvignon Blancs or 3 wines from New Zealand.
