Tasting Logic

A bright, fresh and unoaked style of wine made from a neutral variety - use this sample to calibrate to high acidity and a lack of distinct secondary or tertiary notes. Muscadet would be a good guess but also many Albarino, Pinot Grigio or Vinho Verde wines can have a similar style. This wine is a little bit older and richer than some Muscadet but it a valid sample that could come up easily in an exam.
