Tasting Logic

This wine was selected to show a combination of primary, secondary and tertiary notes. It is useful in terms of calibration but also a good workout for your logic - can you think of any acceptable or good wines that end up with distinct tertiary character? Get familiar with the standard red wine tertiary notes and that will help you identify and conclude correctly. There are usually a few examples over the exams that will show tertiary notes so skip them at your peril!
