Tasting Logic

Strong and precise varietal character in both structure and aromatics and is a perfect wine to show on a blind tasting. The low level of acidity and slight oak notes should take you straight to Viognier, you would not find oak notes in Gewurztraminer. The wine is not going to age and will lose its aromatic profile, it also handles its alcohol very well and so shows great balance, the wine's low acidity is typical and just about copes with the full body.
