Tasting Logic

A bright and fresh Grenache that is incredibly fruity, and long with varietally correct raspberry, strawberry notes. The oak usage is quite subtle which allows the Grenache to shine. The finish is long but it is slightly hot and spirity which lets down the balance slightly. The wine will evolve well for a few years and develop more complexity, is is still quite young and you will need to age it for its full quality to be realised. I do not believe that teh complexity that will develop will be sufficient to call the wine outstanding.
