Tasting Logic

A wine that has great balance between acidity and flavour intensity that makes the wine seem refreshing rather than sour or bitter, the wine also has a decent intensity and finish with varietally specific, precise and well-defined flavours covering citrus, stone fruit and floral notes, there is also a hint of bitterness throughout the wine which adds texture and interest to the wine. The wine will not age positively as the floral aromas will fade and the wine will dull, this in combination with the lack of secondary notes make the wine Very Good rather than Outstanding.
