Tasting Logic

A slightly fresher and more citrus-led Macon Villages wine that is equally 'correct'. No oak and a light hint of creaminess is all you should get for the secondary notes. The wine, like many Macon Villages wines would not gain complexity from being aged and therefore will not improve, this is one of the reasons that this wine is only 'good' quality, a longer finish and more intensity and definition on the palate would also help improve the quality assessment.
