Tasting Logic

An unoaked aromatic white that that delivers a lot more on the nose than it does on the palate ( often a criticism thrown at Torrontes). There is great aromatic diversity but no secondary or tertiary/potential tertiary complexity. The alcohol sticks out particularly on the 2017, the culmination of these negative points means that although the wine is well-made it cannot be given a quality higher than good. If you are trying the younger version then the improved vibrancy of the fruit may push you to a higher quality level.
