Mock Exam Tasting + Feedback
Wines 10–12 form your formal mock exam flight, which you'll submit for marking and individualised feedback from Jim.
This is a chance to simulate the real exam environment and receive expert insight on how to improve your technique and expression.
Group Tasting Projects
Collaborate on structured tasting tasks that explore core fortified styles and help clarify key conclusions around grape variety, production method, region, and quality. These projects are compiled into shared summary documents — often exceeding 10,000 words — to support your final revision.
