We have headed down into our stocks and are bringing you an exclusive deep dive into our favourite wines from our favourite red Bourgogne producer, Sylvain Pataille based in Marsanny, most of the wines are based on the 2019 vintage with another follow-up tasintg of the 2020 vintage to come later in the year. The mixture of minimal intervention and whole bunch gives echoes of how Pinot used to be made across Bourgogne, so for those of you looking for a floral and delicate style this is a producer you would be mad to miss out on. We also can't wait to open up the subject of biodynamics which will be great to tell you more about.  I literally have to keep these wines cellared elsewhere otherwise they would disappear far too quickly!

Each session has 6 x 100ml wines preserved with argon gas, perfect for sharing with someone. 
 
 
Have the wines delivered to you in the UK and join us for a 2 hour Sunday tasting and analysis session (on zoom) 18-20h where we dive into the history, soil, grape growing, winemaking of these incredible wines. 
 
All sessions will be suitable for wine students and enthusiasts and will be recorded and available for one month after the live session. Maximum 13 places per course so there is plenty of oppirtunity to ask questions throughout. 
 
UK delivery only (at the moment). Wines will be delivered the week of the tasting.
